Outcomes: Participation in this program follows the successful completion of the Fast Track Exit & Action Program. The M&A Program is facilitated and executed over 6 months in an effort to find a buyer or facilitate a merger or joint venture. The consultative approach does not guarantee a successful sale or merger but it does guarantee you and your business will be more valuable and prepared to exit when the right acquisition/merger opportunity presents itself.
Success Fee: If a successful sale, merger or joint venture is achieved then a pre-negotiated success fee will be invoiced and paid on the day of closing for buyer introductions and business intermediary services.
