Simon Fallows is the President of Freedom for Founders, an M&A Strategic Consultant, Business Broker, and Certified Exit Planner , specializing in helping business owners understand their company’s value from a buyer’s perspective.

After successfully selling multiple businesses of his own and embracing the freedom that comes with a well-planned exit, Simon now helps other entrepreneurs do the same. He has worked with small family businesses to multi-million-dollar enterprises, guiding owners through start-up, scale-up, and multi-generational transitions.

Simon’s strategic ideation is his superpower—he sees opportunities where others see obstacles, always asking, “What if?”

His diversified background across dozens of industries, has taken him around the World chalking up cool experiences from Dragon’s Den to award winning campaigns reflecting his relentless drive to create value.

Beyond business, he is a philanthropist at heart, father of 3 and adventure enthusiast, exploring the world embracing new cultures and experiences.
