We use first‑ and third‑party cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and serve relevant ads. Non‑essential cookies load only if you opt‑in through our banner, where you can change settings at any time. We currently do

Our main systems are in Canada and the United States. Where data crosses borders we rely on safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy by emailing us.

We use TLS encryption, multi‑factor authentication, role‑based access, secure shredding, and routine security testing. If a breach poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and regulators without undue delay.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, plus any extra period required by law, tax, or audit. We then securely destroy or anonymise it.
